These Terms & Conditions set out the terms of purchase a Greeting card, Santa´s letter or Santa´s certificate. You accept these terms by placing an order to a one of our product.
Product / products will be send to the address you have written. If the shipping address is different as billing address, please, notice it.
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in Euros. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
The contract will not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your online order. We reserve the right to cancel, refund or refuse any order.
All letter includes free worldwide delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled once your letter has been dispatched.
We take no responsibility if you misspell on your order.

Bank Payments
You have access to payment buttons at all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, My Savings Bank, Cooperative Bank, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S Bank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy will appear as the payee on your bank statement, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. The online shop will direct you directly to your bank to make a secure payment. Checkout Finland also offers the option to pay by wire transfer form.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The e-commerce services include the international verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears on the card as the payee and forwards the payment card paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made using a secured payment form and the payment card details are not stored in the e-commerce systems.
